One of the finest comedians in the world, Rich Hall has been confirmed for a show in the Laughter Lounge in Roisin Dubh on Wednesday 10 March. Hall is star of the recent critically acclaimed BBC4 documentary, 'How the West Was Lost' and well known for other recent TV appearances such as Rich Hall's 'Fishing Show' (BBC4) and numerous appearances on BBC2 panel show QI, hosted by Stephen Fry. Edinburgh fringe favourite and Perrier Award winner, Hall's grouchy, deadpan comedy genius has endeared him to audiences all over the world. A master of absurdist irony, he plays to full houses at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and as his alter ego Otis Lee Crenshaw won the highly prestigious Perrier Award there in 2000. He is well known in the United States for appearing and writing on The David Letterman Show - for which he won an Emmy Award.Tickets on sale now, so get them before they're gone. |
