Tonight's Laughter at the Róisín Dubh Lounge sees New Zealand's Al Pitcher headlining with comic support from Josie Long, Kevin Gildea and an open spot from Marry MacK.

Each Al Pitcher show is unique. He eclipses his peers with his interactive abilities, his audience never quite knowing where he's taking them but thrilled by the journey. Already one of the most respected acts on the national club circuit, his unpredictable, unsystematic and upbeat live performances have consistently wowed audiences across the country.

Winner of the BBC New Comedy Award IN 1999, Josie has been a regular feature on the comedy scene in England.

Kevin Gildea skips recklessly along that taut tightrope that separates comedy genius from criminal insanity. His Edinburgh Fringe shows are critically acclaimed sell-outs; he has written for Alexei Sayle and appeared on TV's The Stand Up Show, The Comedy Store St Patrick's Day Special and The Amnesty International Comedy Special.

Tickets, €12.50, are available from the Róisín Dubh on Dominick Street. Doors open at 9pm.
