Three of the city's experienced music promoters are set to join forces to give Galway's clubbers a new place to party this January.

The Cellar's underground room on Eglington Street will play host to the new party night. The night will include three DJ partnerships, rotating the Saturday nights between them, playing their favourite house and techno sounds.

SiSi, aka Cyril Briscoe and Cian Ó Cíobháin, will host the opening night on Saturday 12 January. SiSi are best known for their 110th Street and Boogaloo nights, with recent parties such as and The Hive making their mark on Galway's nightlife.

The following week, on Saturday 19 January, the Disconauts will be at the controls. Padraic and Keith Disconaut have been Galway's premier house ambassadors from their early days, hosting their 'Something Wonderful' parties in Salthill, to their currently Friday monthly residency at Bar 903.

This will be followed on Saturday 26 January, by Tiddlerz and Lynam, two of the original members of the 091 collective, who electrified Galway clubbing for the first time in the early part of the decade with superb block-parties in venues such as De Burgo's and the GPO.

Door open at 10pm and admission is €10.
