Those living on the east side of the county are in for a rare threat this July as Offaly singer/songwriter Mundy will perform at this year's Ballinasloe Community Arts Festival in the Carlton Shearwater Hotel on Monday 6 July.

Mundy is busy writing his fourth studio album in various towns and cities across Ireland, while his 'Galway Girl' single with Sharon Shannon continues its reign at the top of the Irish charts.

With the Live & Confusion album and DVD having achieved double platinum sales in Ireland, this round of touring will be the final chapter in an incredible success story. Live & Confusion captured the true spirit of Mundy and his band and produced two massive radio hits, the live versions of July and Galway Girl.
