Galway based pop rock trio 'Mugger Dave' will play De Burgos tonight, Wednesday 24 September, at 9pm.

Mugger Dave comprises Simon Noble (lead vocals/guitar), Seán Herriott (bass/backing vocals) and Níall Curran (drums).

The group's collective experience shows in the tightness of their performance, with all three members knowing exactly what they want to create.

Mugger Dave's energetic sets are driven by a powerhouse rhythm section, propelling unique melodies with imaginative lyrics and harmonies.

Sets of 30 to 90 minutes are delivered fluidly while front man Simon holds the crowd with mischievous banter between songs.

They will be supported by 'Followers of Otis' who are made up of the singer and guitarist from Tahiti's Dream.

'Followers of Otis' describe themselves as acoustic/folk/gospel. Their sound is a combination of sweet vocals over light, acoustic guitars with lots of handclaps.
