Top female comic Zoe Lyons is the headline act at the Laughter Lounge in the Róisín Dubh tonight, Wednesday 3 February where she’ll be joined by Simon O'Keeffe, MC Karl Spain and Johnny Graham A rising star on the UK comedy circuit over the last few years, Zoe burst onto the comedy circuit in 2004 when she won the prestigious Funny Women competition and reached the final of Channel 4's 'So You Think You're Funny'.

In 2007, she was nominated for the If.Comedy Best Newcomer award at Edinburgh for her debut solo show 'Fight or Flight'. Zoe also runs her own night, 'Bent Double', in Brighton and was voted number one Critics' Choice by The Times. She'll be known to TV audiences for her star turns on shows such as Mock The Week.

Simon O'Keeffe is resident MC at the Capitol comedy club in Dublin and regularly headlines around the country, while MC for the evening Karl Spain is no stranger to Galway audiences and is one of the most popular comics in the country.

Open mic slot comes from Johnny Graham.
