Fiachra O'Dubhghaill, Siobhan Donnellan and Shona McCarthy.

Married to the Sea, written and directed by Shona McCarthy, will run at the Town Hall Studio from Sunday 20 to Wednesday 23 July at 4pm.

Set in the fishing village of Old Claddagh in Galway City, Married to the Sea tells the story of Jo, a spirited young girl, and the gradual breakdown of her superstition laden family.

Returning to the Galway stage prior to its run at the Edinburgh Festival, Married to the Sea enjoyed a hugely successful run at the New York International Fringe last year where Siobhan Donnellan won the Outstanding Actor Award.

Tickets, €15 are available from www.galwayartsfestival.com.
