![]() Patrick McDonnell will headline the Comedy Club at Cuba* this Sunday 24 August. This affable Louth native will be familiar to TV viewers as one of the stars of RTE 2's Naked Camera as well as two series of the award winning Stew. However it is from his truly memorable turn as the demented C and W singer, Eoin McLove on Fr Ted that Patrick is most well known. He is one of those rare performers whose style he can truly call his own, with his tales of growing up in rural Ireland and his unique take on modern day culture never failing to engage. Strong support is provided by Carol Tobin and Gerry Mallon is the host and MC. Tickets, €12.50 are available in advance at Bar 903, the Cellar Bar and at the door which opens at 8.30pm. |
