The Comedy Club at Cuba hosts two of the world's leading female comics this Sunday, 1 June.

Born in Canada but now living in New York, Ophira Eisenberg has been listed in the influential Backstage magazine as 'one of the top ten comics' in the US.

A regular on Comedy Centrals Premium Blend, Ophira's blend of Jewish schtick and hilarious observations has seen her perform at all the world's leading festivals and work alongside the likes of Gerry Seinfeld and Chris Rock.

The other half of this intriguing double bill is filled by the woman who has been twice nominated for the best female stand up in Brittan, the wonderfully ascorbic Jo Caulfield.

Her award winning Radio 4 series 'It's That Jo Caulfield again' has seen her become a household name in Britan and her mixture of cutthroat wit and wildly accurate observations regularly brings audiences to their knees with laughter.

Her TV credits include 'Mock The Week' and 'Have I Got News For You' and she is also head writer for Graham Norton. Gerry Mallon is the host and MC.

Tickets, €12.50, are available at Bar 903, The Cellar Bar and at the door, which opens at 8.30pm.
