Linking modal jazz to traditional music from across Europe, Francesco Turrisi's wonderful Tarab Ensemble bring the Irish tour of Quatrain - A project in four parts - to Galway this week. Lauded in The Irish Times for their 'enchanting music', Tarab's special guest artist on the evening will be Iranian tombak drum master Pedram Khavar-Zamini.
