Disconauts are old and sometimes play good music. They do their dadhouse and disco thing regularly in Bierhaus, Massimos and The Blue Note and have a club night on Saturdays at Cellar Underground (on rotation with 091 and Sisi/110th Street) as well as occasional gigs/residencies around the country. They've just been added to the Bodytonic bill at this year's Electric picnic… oh yeah, and they're old! Here are some tunes that make them happy at the moment.

1. Toby Tobias - The Feeling - (Rekids)
Smokin' remix by John Daly. Proper hands-in-the-air piano breakdown business too for all the old ravers.

2. Shur-i-khan - Vacated - (Winding Road)
Soon to come on one of UK's finest labels. Fishgodeep dropped this at the Cellar Underground and the room went crazy!

3. Mike Agent X Clark - You Know How I Feel - (Strictly Beatdown)
Bouncing US garage with beautiful vocals from Kymberley Wright.

4. Deepa Grooves - What About You (Charles Webster Mix) - (Deepa Grooves)
No one does that late night hypnotic house like Charles Webster. Stunning remix.

5. Faze Action – Original Disco Motion – (Faze Action)
Deep house man-of-the-moment Jay Shepheard on remix duty, but it's Faze Action's own spacey disco dub that's the winner.

6. Bernard Badie – Time Reveals – (Mojuba Records)
Tenth release from a label that never drops the quality levels. This is a reissue of a house classic from 1994, still sounds good now.

7. Urban Hussy - Mardi Gras - (Elevation)
Vocals on the original are haunting and Elegia's dub is superb musical techno, but Harold Heath's late night dub really floats our boat.

8. Fishgodeep - This Is Real (FGD remix)
Sexy swinging spoken word house. Cork boys doing it well. Their new album is phenomenal too.

9. Mark E – Ray Gun – (Jisco)
This man can do no wrong. Following his phenomenal Slave track on Running Back, here's more sample based slo-mo loveliness.

10. Ane Brun – Headphone Silence – (Objektivity)
Henrik Schwarz and Dixon remix Norwegian songstress on Dennis Ferrer's label, so you know it's going to be good!
