There is an abundance of classes starting for the autumn in the Galway Arts Centre on Dominick Street. Day and evening classes and special children's classes are in the autumn schedule, include classes in art, poetry, acting, animation creative writing and digital photography.

One such course is Drawing Out Series of Studio Workshops facilitated by artist, Maeve Curtis. Interested budding artists can choose from four different art workshops from three hours to a full day workshop that run over ten weeks. The workshops range from drawing and painting to exploring work of contemporary artists to drawing together your own portfolio.

Adult day and evening classes start the week of Monday 14 September and run for ten weeks while the Saturday children’s classes start on Saturday 19 September.
