The fleadhs's Shorts Programme is an ever-popular element of the programme, and this year is no different, with shorts from Limerick's Fresh Film Festival, TG4 and Young Film Makers.

Young film makers project

Three schools have been chosen to partake in our Young Film Makers Project 2007 with two projects already underway. This year's participants are: St Oliver Plunkett's NS Kilcurran, Ballinasloe, Holy Rosary College, Mountbellew and Seamount College, Kinvara.

These films will screen as part of the Shorts programme on Friday 9 November at 2.30pm in Town Hall. Junior Film Fleadh films will be screened at various venues around the city. For more information and tickets, which are €5, and €3 for all short films, phone 091-751655.
