'Indie-Pendance Day' takes Galway theatre companies Fregoli and Mephisto out of the theatre and into the pub this month. To celebrate Independence Day, Friday 4 July, the theatre groups are coming together for a night of music, improv, stand-up comedy and theatrical madness, featuring local theatre artists shaking their stuff, music with Donal McCannon and support, stand-up from Giles Brody and Bernard Higgins as well as singers, showstoppers and general mayhem. The night will take place in Monroe's Tavern, Dominick Street on Friday 4 July at 9pm. Admission is priced at €10. |
