The Róisín Dubh art and craft indoor market returns on Saturday following its successful debut in July, showcasing over 20 stalls of quality handmade produce, a pop up coffee shop and live music.
This new monthly event promises to be a hub of creativity in Galway City centre. “There is an abundance of creativity in Galway and Ireland and we have a huge interest in people wanting to sell their products and people wanting to buy handmade Irish craft and you can meet the person who made it,” said organiser Sinéad McKiernan.
“Our last market had a great balance of textiles, photography, wood, ceramics, jewellery, art and fashion. I would encourage people to pop down and support this event and all the local traders. Prices are reasonable and there is a great atmosphere. It would be great if it could stay and be a name on Ireland’s art and craft trail,” she added.
The next Róisín Dubh art and craft market will take place on Saturday, 10 August from 1pm – 6pm. The bar and a pop-up coffee shop will be open. For more information, email Sinéad on firstname.lastname@example.org or search Facebook for ‘The Roisin Dubh Art and Craft Indoor Market’.
