Taking place on Sunday 13 December at Clayton Hotel Galway, experience this family friendly winter wonderland from 1pm – 6pm, admission on the day is completely free. With over 35 stallholders participating on the day (to date), there promises to be an eclectic mix of traditional arts, crafts, and contemporary items on offer. This is the ideal opportunity to pick up some unique Christmas gifts for friends and family whilst supporting a great cause. Get in the Christmas spirit on the day with Christmas carols; enjoy the range of festive food and treats on offer as you warm up with traditional mulled wine. They may even have a quick visit from the man himself – Santa Claus if he can be swept away from his duties in the North Pole!
While entrance on the day is free, if you are interested in showcasing your produce, why not take a stall at this magical not to be missed event at a rate of only €40, which goes directly to Console.
Console have been supporting people in suicidal crisis and those bereaved by suicide for 13 years now. Margaret Tierney, Project Development Manager of Console Galway said that they are really looking forward to this special event. “We are also delighted to be showcasing and selling our Console tea cosies on the day, which are part of the Cosy up to Console campaign. A Console tea cosy is the perfect Christmas gift, not only will they raise funds for the organisation, but they will help raise awareness and get people talking.” For further details call Clayton Hotel Galway on 091-721900.
