Galway Technical Institute’s newly installed Creative Media Centre will be the centrepiece of a range of new courses in the institute’s evening programme. ![]() Pictured in GTI?s new Creative Media Centre are (LtoR): Mr Jim Brick, Principal of GTI, Tom Callanan, GalMac Computers, Galway and Mr Liam Donoghue, General Manager of Apple Computer Ireland Students will be able to work with cutting edge video production software Final Cut Studeo, and the music technology application Logic Pro. The institute provides classes in video and music production, and the autumn classes will provide a thorough grounding in the technology leading to an opportunity to enrol in more advanced and Apple certified courses in the spring term. The Galway Technical Institute offers a range of over 75 evening courses, and is now taking enrolments for classes as diverse as IT, modern languages, stocks and shares and digital photography.
