• Appearance: A very busy front page with rolling pictures and lots of tabs, as well as a full sidebar. A bit difficult to find an entry point as there is so much on the front page.
• Navigability: As above, it is slightly difficult to find an entry point to the site but the sidebar menu is useful and detailed.
• Usefulness: The birthday party list does not include pricing or a booking service, which makes it good for information but not for actual booking. A form which says ‘book at bonkers’ leads only to an enquiry form, so booking must be done over the phone.
• Comments: A few spelling mistakes on the front page mean the site doesn’t present very well, and lack of a simple colour scheme makes it very busy.
