More British visitors than ever before enjoyed an authentic St Patrick's Day experience in Ireland, according to Aer Arann.

Every single seat on Aer Arann's flights from the UK to Ireland over the St Patrick's weekend (15 to 16 March 2008) sold out.

Colin Lewis, Head of Sales and Marketing, Aer Arann said, "As our packed flights this weekend show, Ireland is an incredibly popular destination. Our route network and schedule from the UK to Ireland continues to grow. Aer Arann currently have flights from Birmingham, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Bristol, Glasgow Preswick, London Luton, Inverness, Isle of Man, Leeds Bradford, Manchester, Newcastle and Southampton and they are all sold out to Ireland this weekend."
