Michael Hughes with family and staff at the cake cutting ceremony to mark the end of expansion and renovation work at Hughes SuperValu supermarket, Claregalway.

To celebrate the launch of Hughes SuperValu and to mark the completion of renovations and revamp, the shop help a special cake cutting ceremony and open day with wine sampling and food tasting recently.

Galway Bay FM were on site to broadcast live. The family business, which is now into its fourth generation, continues to grow to serve the needs of the people of the area. As part of the on-going celebrations, Hughes SuperValu are running a holiday draw to the value of €5,000.
