Hilti Ireland has just launched Fleet Management, a new revolutionary service to aid managing a fleet of tools. The program delivers huge benefits and cost savings for all businesses servicing the Irish construction industry, from sole traders to large construction companies to tool hire companies. Fleet Management is attempting to revolutionise the way thousands of contractors and hire companies manage their business. It is a streamlined process to help cut out costly administrative hassles associated with running a tool fleet. Hilti recognises that cash flow can be an issue in the construction sector, with suppliers needing to be paid before jobs are complete. Therefore, Hilti's Fleet Management replaces the upfront payment for tools with an all inclusive monthly usage fee. This monthly fee allows all trades people or hire companies to cost effectively modernise their tool fleet and covers all repair and servicing costs for the entire usage period. It also saves on production time as the customer now has a modern, reliable fleet with fewer repair interruptions, which lets the team/customers get on with the job. The customer can manage their fleet online, and each tool under this programme comes custom labelled. Hilti have also realised that when tools are stolen in the market, there is a real punitive financial effect on businesses and so Fleet Management strives to reduce theft by supplying all relevant tools with their Theft Protection System at no additional cost. If a tool is stolen, Hilti limits the financial exposure with their unique Theft Coverage system. Hilti are holding special 'Fleet Weeks' in each of their Hilti Centres over the coming months. This gives customers the opportunity to visit their local Hilti Centre, speak to expert staff on their requirements and try out the Hilti tools for themselves. The next Hilti Fleet Week event takes place between Monday 14 to Friday 18 July at Hilti Centre Galway, Unit 8, IDA Business Park, Tuam Road, Galway. |
