Galway-based company Crospon Ltd has reached a licensing agreement with Hewlett Packard for a new method of drug delivery – a skin patch, similar to those used by smokers for nicotine withdrawal.
Under the agreement, Crospon will receive the intellectual property licence from HP in return for royalty payments. Speaking to the Galway Independent yesterday, Crospon CEO John O’Dea said it was a great move for the company. However, he would not disclose the financial benefit to Crospon.
