Photo: Reg Gordon The Galway Future Homes and Building Exhibition, which was officially opened by RTE's Celebrity Goes Wild winner Michael Healy Rae on Friday 2 November, was a great success, according to organisers. Large crowds gathered over the three daylong event with Sunday attracting the largest crowd. This year's show also featured overseas property, which proved to be very popular. According to organisers, the venue was an ideal way to view the latest products and services available relating to every aspect to the house, home and garden. There were lots of bargains for visitors, including special discounts on offer by most exhibitors every day. The organisers will be returning to Galway in 2008 where they will be hosting the Galway Modern Homes and Building Exhibition in Leisureland Salthill on 4, 5 and 6 April.
