How to reduce costs, get funding or grants, market, deal with employee health and safety, resolve disputes and better use technology are important questions for business in these challenging times. From Monday 11 to Friday 15 May, Galway Chamber hosts SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) Week 2009, a special week long series of information sessions each focused on different aspects of business, and each giving practical tips and advice for business growth. Each session lasts just two hours and, with over 14 sessions to choose from, participants can pop along to any number of sessions on topical issues. Each session is just €25 for Chamber members, €35 for non-members and takes place in the Chamber conference room in Merchant’s Road. “Drawing on the wealth of experience and knowledge of Chamber members, we’re very pleased to offer relevant, practical and affordable seminars to give real insights into how business can adapt to the current marketplace. “Our aim with this week is to give SMEs the opportunity to pick and choose seminars relevant to their own particular challenges and needs at this time. We have a wide range of topics being given by people who are running their own businesses and who are on the pulse of what SMEs need right now to sustain and grow. I urge Chamber members and non Members to avail of this opportunity,” said Galway Chamber President Paul Shelly. For more information, see www.galwaychamber.com. |
