Ken Little is the founder of Little Studio. He says, "At Little Studio we understand that good communication is the essence of business success. We help clients promote their unique identity through innovative branding and intelligent design, using a wide variety of media.

Ken has over 15 years' experience in the design industry; he formerly headed the animation department of a large IT company in Galway before setting up his own design studios.

Little Studio is a full-service design company, working in a broad range of media formats, including brand development, corporate identity and logo designs, brochures, promotional literature, website design, packaging, advertising, direct mail, photo realistic 3d perspective visualisation and corporate DVD presentations with animation. "Gone are the days when the all a client required was a logo or occasional advert. In today's every expanding market place, a business needs to ensure their identity is stamped on a wide range of marketing tools, from newspaper and magazine adverts, websites, promotional merchandise, right through to display stands and PowerPoint or DVD presentations.

"Our specialty is advertising - the development of conceptual ideas, slogans and campaigns to promote or market products and services in a variety of media formats. Ken says, "We do a lot of work with the health and fitness industry. The health and fitness sector is one which never stands still and constantly needs fresh marketing to help promote and highlight its services and special offers. At the moment, two of the main clubs in Galway, The Kingfisher Club and NRG Health and Fitness, are clients of ours. We've been working with them for three years now, so we cover all their design needs both big and small. We started with designing their logo and their stationery, right up to designing their adverts, producing their fliers, designing their website. We also produce their large display signs and posters. Anything with their branding on it, we look after it.

"Other clients would include Ireland West Airport Knock. In 2006, they celebrated their 20th anniversary and, to mark this occasion, we designed, among other things, a large commemorative wall display on entering the airport. During this bust time, we could be designing adverts for over 20 papers on a weekly basis. The airport also does a lot of advertising in the UK so we would, say, design billboards to be positioned in UK airports promoting both Ireland West Airport Knock and the West of Ireland."

"We also deal with a number of hotels, bars and restaurants spread throughout the country."
