Adrian Quinn Car Sales, a family owned, quality new and used car dealership in Ardrahan, has won the Carzone.ie sponsorship for their chosen local sports team, the Ardrahan GAA Senior Hurling team. The lucky club recently received the sponsored kit, which consists of a full set of branded Jerseys and training tops for the senior hurling team.
Adrian Quinn Car Sales has developed a close association with the Ardrahan club as a number of players, mentors and club committee members have bought quality new and used cars from the garage, and many in the garage have links with the club. Adrian Quinn Car Sales has a long relationship of sponsorship with the GAA club and this is a great opportunity to continue involvement without the cost.
John Quinn of Adrian Quinn Car Sales said: “We are delighted to have teamed up with Carzone.ie in sponsoring the Ardrahan Senior Hurling team, who have a good relationship with the garage through many years of association. We have always tried to keep a close link with the local community in Ardrahan and the local GAA club is central to this. This is a great initiative that allows us to get our name out there and support our local sports teams while also promoting Carzone.ie as the best place to go when searching for a new or used car online.”
Ardrahan GAA Chairperson, Pat Whelan added: “We have the same struggles as most clubs when it comes to financing and providing gear for all our teams each year. It’s fantastic to have won this Carzone.ie sponsorship. This is a great opportunity to receive continued support for the team and we would like to thank our friends at Adrian Quinn Car Sales for nominating us and Carzone.ie for providing the gear for the team.”
The competition is being run by Carzone.ie, who have been calling on car dealers nationwide to nominate their local sports team of choice. This sponsorship initiative will see a number of sports clubs receive their very own branded kit courtesy of their local car dealership over the next few months, giving car dealerships the opportunity to support their local community.
